Bill worked with me in appraising the value of my property, marketing it once I authorized him to list it, showing it, and handling the closing and title transfer. His initial appraisal was higher than I had anticipated, but he was able to secure a buyer at close to the asking price. He was very active in advertising the property and marketing it online and with open houses. He was present at the property for every showing. He was responsive to every request I made of him. He knows the market in Rehoboth Beach and in our condominium building. He is extremely pleasant and friendly to work with. In short, I could not ask for anything more in a real estate professional. I highly recommend him

Bill was our listing agent for the sale of our condo in Rehoboth Beach. He did an outstanding job. He had our home professionally photographed and had an awesome video made as well. He presented it in the best possible way and, using his professional network, was able to attract a lot of coming soon "buzz." We had multiple offers and sold over list price within days. All of this at a time other similar homes were sitting on the market longer. You will enjoy working with Bill, he always picks up his phone and is very professional.

Bill was a total professional from beginning to end. He began with giving us an overview of the entire process so we knew what to expect. My mother was selling her home after having relocated several months prior. During the process, several deficiencies with the house. He has a team available and they fixed all problems expeditiously. We could not be more happy with a realtor. I think he would be an asset to anyone buying or selling a home.

Bill did an amazing job helping us find a house in Lewes, DE. He is conscientious to a fault, and followed through with us on every question that we had prior to purchasing the property. I do not think we have ever had a realtor who was a thorough with a home sale as Bill was. I would highly recommend him.

I can not say enough about how amazing Bill is! He is experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, and competent. He spent about 2 years with us as we searched for our perfect beach home away from home. We finally found it!! In between working with Bill, we stumbled across a different agent who was pushy and did not listen to our needs. We worked with that agent 1 time only. But we went back to Bill again and again. No matter how much time elapsed, Bill was always happy to continue showing us homes and never pressured us to decide. His expertise in home building, decor, repairs, comps, and the Rehoboth area is outstanding. We live out of state, and he was willing to preview homes for us first. And we trusted his assessment 100%. In fact, the home we ended up purchasing, we did not see until home inspection! We were not disappointed, and our home is absolutely perfect for us. Bill's patience with us was remarkable! If we ever need to sell our beach home, Bill Cullin will be our agent.

Bill Cullin represented my husband and I in our home purchase in Rehoboth Beach. We highly recommend him. We first met Bill 6 years ago as we were contemplating relocating to Delaware. We took our time and Bill stuck with us for all those years. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Sussex County market, which proved to be essential as the market became very competitive. He was always very responsive and was available on short notice when a new home we wanted to see hit the market. In today’s market it is so important to have an agent that has knowledge and experience to give you an advantage as a buyer and Bill definitely provided us those qualities.

In one word "WOW" , Bill is an amazing realtor. He went above and beyond in selling our home and representing our best interest. We were out of state and could not be present so, Bill took care of out property and made sure things were repaired and taken care of. Such as , the lawn care, trash hauled off and removed in a timely manner, repairing electrical outlet and making sure a wall heating unit was connected to electricity. He also, had the house deep cleaned and carpets cleaned for us. If we had any questions, he was available to us at anytime. He oversaw the documents we signed to make sure there were no errors (and he did catch some and had them corrected). He went above and beyond and is so kind and thoughtful. You will not find a better man and realtor to sell or find you, not just any old house but your home. He has heart and a commitment to his clients. We were blessed to have Bill Cullin for a realtor.

I have not written many reviews before for anything, but I was so impressed with the service Bill Cullin recently provided in helping my wife and me purchase a home, I felt compelled to share this information so that others could benefit from his expertise. Because I was not that familiar with Rehoboth Beach, DE, but for various reasons found myself wanting to purchase a home there, I wanted to work with someone who knew the market. After reading many real estate agent reviews, I decided that Bill Cullin fit that description. The reviews could not have been more correct. Bill knew the history of the area, knew sales history, knew rental history, knew many of the actual homes we ended up looking at because he had seen them on the market years before. We could not have been more pleased with the knowledge that Bill had. Even more importantly, when I asked Bill a question about something he didn't know, he didn't make something up or bluff through it. He simply responded, "I don't know the answer to that. Let me dig into it and get back to you." And then within a day at most, he had a complete, professional answer for us. I can't state strongly enough how important it was for us to work with someone whom we could trust like that. Bill was extremely timely in providing us information - his response time in returning calls or texts was often within minutes and never more than a few hours. We were located out of state, and it made the process so much easier to have someone on the ground in Rehoboth researching things for us and getting back to us quickly. During the time we were looking for a home, there was very limited inventory available. When something did become available to look at, not once did Bill apply pressure on us to make an offer or accept something that didn’t meet our objectives. From the beginning of the process through the end (and even after), Bill’s words and actions made it clear that he wanted us to be happy with the outcome, and he was willing to work with us for as long as it took to find and close on the house that was right for us. I appreciated very much the ability Bill had to communicate with the seller’s real estate agent. He treated the other agent with respect and kindness but was also firm in the things that were important to us. He helped us negotiate a fair market price for the house and was able to help us navigate and negotiate the inspection report findings. Bill knew what was fair to ask for and how to ask for it. I always had the impression that Bill was working in good faith with everyone involved. And maybe just as important to me and my wife: Bill was a pleasure to work with. He was so kind to us, and we consider him a friend. When you spend that much time with a new person in your life and often under some stressful conditions, it is wonderful to be with a kind and thoughtful person. I recommend Bill Cullin’s service to anyone who is selling or buying a home. You will understand why someone like me took the time to write this review.
